When a potential borrower visits one of our sites and fills out a request for a loan quote, that lead is then automatically sent to a maximum of two brokers. Any leads that are not instantly sent out to two brokers via our real-time auto leads system, are then added to the cherry pick database for you to browse and purchase.

SELECTING YOUR LEADS:

Real-time auto leads - with real time leads they will be delivered to you by email, in real-time as they come in from home owners filling out our mortgage financing contact forms. You select the filters for your leads such as: loan amount, zip code, area code, state(s), loan type, credit rating, and LTV. Instantly those leads meeting your filter requirements, are then sent to you as someone fills out one of our forms.

Cherry picked - With this method, you log in to our site and select the search criteria for your leads. You may select any number of states as well as the type of loan that you specialize in. Choose from: Purchase, Refinance, Debt Consolidation, Home Improvement, Second Mortgage, FHA and VA. Select the credit rating of the borrowers: Excellent, Good, Fair or Poor. You may also select the LTV, loan amount and zip code. The leads meeting your criteria will then be displayed allowing you to view all of the lead information, and then handpick those that best meet your requirements. You can also see how many times the lead has been purchased, if at all. After you choose and purchase your leads, they are automatically sent to you by the delivery method (email or download) and in the format you select (excell spreadsheet or text file format)
