FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: Q. Where are your leads coming from? A. Our leads are generated when a surfer visits one of our sites and fills out a mortgage request form. Our surfers are brought to our sites from our vast advertising efforts which include banners, search engine partnerships, affiliate program, etc.... Q. What do your leads cost? A. The cost of our lead depends on whether or not you are buying it exclusive or not, and the age of the lead. The price can decline to as low as $2, as the lead ages. Q. How many time are the leads sold? A. The leads are sold a maximum of 2 times. Exclusive leads are sold only once. Q. How many brokers receive the non-exclusive leads? A. Up to 2 brokers will receive the non-exclusive leads. Most lead brokerage sites sell their leads up to 3 times or more. We feel this is unfair, and as such, only sell our leads up to 2 times. Q. Will I know if other lenders have received the same lead? A. Yes, the leads have a field called "# Sold" which indicates how many times the lead was sold. Leads are only sold a maximum of 2 times. Q. Can I get "Exclusive Leads"? A. Yes. They are on a first come first serve basis. You can select exclusive leads from the leads database. Q. Are the leads realtime? A. Yes. Our vast network of web sites continuously routes realtime loan requests to our leads database, where they are added and filtered. If you select to recieve realtime leads, you can have the leads that meet your criteria delivered to you in realtime. Realtime leads have the highest closing ratios because they are the freshest leads you can possibly obtain. As soon as a borrower fills out the form, it is delivered to you within minutes, allowing you to contact them immediately, while their interest and and loan needs are hot! Q. How fast can I get my leads? A. If you cherry pick leads from the database, they are delivered to you instantly after you submit payment for them. If you select to participate in our realtime leads program, you instantly receive a lead(s) when a lead(s) meeting your filter criteria is received by our network. Q. When are the leads delivered? A. If you are participating in our realtime leads delivery service, leads are delivered instantly to you as leads meeting your criteria come in. Leads cherry picked from the database are instantly delivered to you after payment is submitted and approved. Q. How will I receive my leads? A. You can have the leads instantly sent to you by email or you can download them. Q. In what format are the leads sent? A. The leads can be sent you as a text file (the fields separated by commas) or as an excel spreadsheet. You choose the format that best meets your needs. Q. Can we choose our own leads? A. Yes. You can choose your own leads by searching the leads database. In addition, you can search the leads based on your own criteria and filters, such as credit history, state, etc... Q. What filters are available? A. You can filter your leads by loan type, credit rating, LTV, state(s), zip code, area code, and minimum loan amount. Q. How many leads can I expect to meet my criteria? A. The volume of leads we can provide to you is dependent upon your criteria. Q. Can I revise the parameters of the leads that I want? A. Yes. At any time you may revise your lead criteria by logging into your account and updating your lead criteria, and then clicking on the "save settings" button. Q.Is there a set-up cost to join? A. No. There is absolutely no cost to join. In addition, there is no cost to browse the leads database and there is never any obligation. There is no monthly fee for accessing the database and you can access as often as you wish. Q. How much does it take to get started? A. It doesn't cost anything to get started. You simply sign-up and can browse the leads and pay for the leads that you like. Alternatively, you can sign-up for realtime auto lead delivery. With this method you deposit money into your leads purchase account and then turn on realtime leads. Leads meeting your criteria will instantly be sent to you, in realtime as they are submitted by consumers looking for a mortgage loan. Q. Is there a minimum lead quota? A. No. There is no minimum lead quote. You can buy as little or as much as you would like. Many lead brokerage sites require you to purchase at least $100 of leads with them or buy at least 50 leads a time. We do not do require this. Your budget is your business and we don't want you to feel obligated to us. Q. What forms of payment are accepted? A. Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover. If you are not comfortable with submitting your credit details online, you may fax us your credit card details to 1-888-450-2837. Please note the dollar amount of the leads you are purchasing or the amount you wish to deposit into your leads account. Please also include you account name, company name, contact name and a phone number where we can reach you. Q. Are there any other payment options? A. Yes. You may also pay by wire or check. Checks and wires must first clear. Once funds are received, your account will be credited with the amount you sent and you may purchase leads up to the amount you deposited with us. We notify you by email and phone when your funds have arrived. Q. How do you protect my credit card information? A. We use the latest secure encryption technology (SSL) to protect your credit card information. Q. How do I add money to my account? A. Log into your account and click on the add funds link on the main menu. Q. How do I set up an order and start getting leads? A. If you are cherry picking leads, simply choose the leads you want, click on the shopping cart link and check out. If you are participating in the realtime leads delivery, add money to your account with a credit card. After successfully adding money, check your states, loan types, and any other filters you need, in the customer and lead preference sections. If you make any changes, press the "update record" button. Next, look for the link for "real time leads". Click on real time custom filters. Set your filter for the loan amounts and LTV. Save your preferences. Go back to the real time leads section. Enter the number of leads for this order in the box and press submit. We will deduct the money from your account and place the appropriate number of leads in the queue for you. Q. I set up my order, when do I get leads? A. If you are participating in our realtime leads delivery service, leads that meet your criteria will instantly be sent to you as they come in from our sites. Leads are delivered on a first come first serve basis. If you select many states, leads will come thru fast. The more narrow your parameters, the slower you will receive leads. Q. Can I limit the number of leads I get per day? A. Yes. You can specify a daily maximum threshold and change the amount at any time. Q. How can I pause my order and stop the lead flow? A. Yes. You can place your order on hold for any reason and take it off hold at any time. Q. Do you have a return policy for invalid leads? A. Yes. Returning leads is easy and hassle free. Simply log into your account and then click on the "Dispute Lead" button, insert the lead id and reason for returning. We will refund any lead that contains false or incomplete contact information, such as invalid phone numbers. Q. How long does it take to get credit for leads after I apply and how do I get credit. A. Credit for leads normally takes 1 to 2 business days. Q. Why do consumers choose us over other online mortgage quote sites? A.
