A. Yes. At any time you may revise your lead criteria by logging into your account and updating your lead criteria, and then clicking on the "save settings" button.

Q.Is there a set-up cost to join?

A. No. There is absolutely no cost to join. In addition, there is no cost to browse the leads database and there is never any obligation. There is no monthly fee for accessing the database and you can access as often as you wish.

Q. How much does it take to get started?

A. It doesn't cost anything to get started. You simply sign-up and can browse the leads and pay for the leads that you like. Alternatively, you can sign-up for realtime auto lead delivery. With this method you deposit money into your leads purchase account and then turn on realtime leads. Leads meeting your criteria will instantly be sent to you, in realtime as they are submitted by consumers looking for a mortgage loan.

Q. Is there a minimum lead quota?

A. No. There is no minimum lead quote. You can buy as little or as much as you would like. Many lead brokerage sites require you to purchase at least $100 of leads with them or buy at least 50 leads a time. We do not do require this. Your budget is your business and we don't want you to feel obligated to us.

If you make any changes, press the "update record" button. Next, look for the link for "real time leads". Click on real time custom filters. Set your filter for the loan amounts and LTV. Save your preferences. Go back to the real time leads section. Enter the number of leads for this order in the box and press submit. We will deduct the money from your account and place the appropriate number of leads in the queue for you.

A. Yes. You can specify a daily maximum threshold and change the amount at any time.

A. Yes. You can place your order on hold for any reason and take it off hold at any time.

A. Yes. Returning leads is easy and hassle free. Simply log into your account and then click on the "Dispute Lead" button, insert the lead id and reason for returning. We will refund any lead that contains false or incomplete contact information, such as invalid phone numbers.
